The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform HRA Benefits Access Center, Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) staff that the HRA Benefits Access Center Coney Island and the Coney Island SNAP Center (S22) will relocate to 1912 Mermaid Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, 11224. This policy is informational for all other staff.
