The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center, Non-Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA), and Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) staff of grant payments made available through the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2020-2021 Child Care Stabilization Grant program, administered through the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), for purposes of Cash Assistance (CA), SNAP, and HEAP eligibility determinations.
