The purpose of this Center Director (CD) Memorandum is to:
- advise Job Center staff to provide CBIC information to Cash Assistance (CA) applicants/participants at the end of the application/recertification interview;remind staff that Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- applicants/participants can get a vault card while waiting for a permanent or replacement CBIC card in the mail;
- andremind staff that a temporary Medicaid card can be issued by the Disbursement and Collections (D&C) unit.
