This policy bulletin is being revised to remove the three-month employment eligibility requirement for this initiative. The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff of the outreach program which allows working applicants and participants to apply for New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Section 8 housing voucher. The applications submitted through this program will receive priority treatment from NYCHA during the application approval process.
