The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center and HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) staff that the Federal Poverty Level Guidelines for Emergency Assistance to Families
(EAF) and Emergency Safety Net Assistance (ESNA) Categories of Assistance (EXP-76D) has been revised to reflect the 2022 Federal Poverty Guidelines.
