(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #14-112-EMP)
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Training Assessment Group (TAG) staff that due to the change in Education Services/TAG moving from the Family Independence Administration (FIA) to the Human Resources Administration (HRA), the following changes were made:
Certain FIA forms were reassigned to HRA forms
Revisions were made to some TAG forms
Introduction of two new TAG forms: Verification of Student Schedule (HRA-152e) and Student Timesheet (HRA-152d)
