(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #17-10-ELI)
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff that the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) has revised the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Benefits Household Composition Desk Guide (LDSS-4314) to reflect the addition of the following two SNAP student eligibility criteria:
- Attend a SUNY/CUNY comprehensive college, technologycollege, or community college and are enrolled in a qualifiedcareer and technical education (CTE) program, or
- Attend a NYS Educational Opportunity Centers (EOC) and areenrolled in a CTE program, remedial course, basic adulteducation, literacy, or English as a second language.
