According to this seemingly innocuous PB, HRA may finally clean up its act a bit and stop scheduling conflicting appointments for client who have recerts. Here is how HRA explains it (for more detail see the PB):
HRA has added two "information-only" action codes for clients who have Face to Face Recertification (FFR) appointment dates. These codes (908P for the original appointment and 908Q for a reschedule), will post in NYCWAY on a nightly basis. According to the PB, the codes will prevent other NYCWAY appointments from being scheduled on the same day as the FFR.
