The instructions in this policy directive are for all Welfare Management System (WMS) users in Job Centers, Non Cash Assistance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) Centers, HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) Centers, and ancillary sites.
