The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff that the emergency COVID-19 related grants provided to immigrant workers and their families through Open Society Foundations (OSF) are exempt as income and a resource for both Cash Assistance (CA) and SNAP.
