The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff that the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) opening reason code A40 has been disabled and the following Reason codes have been disallowed: A32, A33, A39, A42, or A43 with Cash Assistance (CA) Case Types Family Assistance (FA), Safety Net Cash Assistance (SNCA) and Safety Net Non Cash Assistance
(SNNC).
