The purpose of this Policy Bulletin is to inform FAIR FARES NYC (FFNYC) Program staff of the Reasonable Accommodation (RA) process being implemented for applicants who are unable to complete FFNYC applications and the Access-A-Ride (AAR) intake forms online. This will serve as an instruction to all staff of the Fair Fares New York City Program and is informational for all other staff.
