The purpose of this policy bulletin is to introduce the COVID-19 Rent Relief Program (RRP) and to provide Job Center, HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) Center, Homelessness Diversion Unit (HDU), and Rental Assistance Unit (RAU) staff with information on the role HRA will serve in directing potentially eligible individuals and households towards the program created by this legislation.
