Although this directive purports to be about systems issues, it includes some new opening codes for cases. It also has a desk guide attached that lists codes that may come in handy when reading printouts or even just when talking to workers.
For example, the "Public Assistance Case-Level Openeing Codes Desk Guide" includes codes that override employment closings (Y42- closed in error) and Y46 (employment unit approved override for, among other things, Fair hearing reversals)
