The purpose of this Center Director (CD) Memorandum is to remind staff that due to the COVID-19 emergency, access to immigration status documentation may be limited. Eligibility determinations for Cash Assistance (CA) applications and recertifications must not be delayed or denied if applicants/participants are unable to provide immigration status documents.
