The policy directive is being revised to inform staff that effective April 10, 2020, two current Common Benefit Identification Card (CBIC) Over the Counter (OTC) sites will be consolidating into one site. The Manhattan CBIC OTC site located at 109 East 16th Street, New York, NY 10003, Ground Floor will no longer operate. The Brooklyn CBIC OTC site located at 227 Schermerhorn Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Ground Floor will be the only CBIC OTC site available.
