This procedure introduces a new form: State Online Query (SOLQ) System Desk Guide (FIA-1224). The purpose of the FIA-1224 is to assist authorized staff using SOLQ to process accurate budgeting of SSA retirement, disability and survivor’s (RSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits for CA and SNAP.
