The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non- Public Assistance (NPA) Food Stamp (FS) Office staff that the regular and emergency components of the 2006–2007 Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) will close on Tuesday, May 15, 2007. No further applications for these components will be accepted thereafter.
The Heating Equipment Repair and Replacement component of the program is expected to remain open until Friday, September 28, 2007.
