This policy directive has been revised to reflect the fact that the Office of Fiscal Operations (OFO) is now the Office of Food Stamp Fiscal Operations (OFFO). The Directive includes lots of info on FS reporting and how overpayment claims are processed, when they can be waived, and when they can be "comprimised."
