The FIA-1196 is a guide for participants in the Job Training Program (JTP). It is distributed to JTP participants at orientation.
The FIA-1196 has been revised by:
- using plain language to make it more user friendly,
- adding information about Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) rights,
- adding information about Employee Assistance Program (EAP) rights.
