The purpose of this procedure is to provide Wellness, Comprehensive Assessment, Rehabilitation and Employment (WeCARE) vendors both context and practical guidance as they implement the Sequential Evaluation (SE) process in the Biopsychosocial (BPS) assessments and Clinical Review Team (CRT) reviews.
