The purpose of this policy bulletin is to introduce the "DON’T RISK LOSING YOUR BENEFITS! SANCTIONS ARE COMING BACK!" (FIA-1209) letter and provide instructions for Job Center, Education Services, and Career Services staff on what to do if an individual reports to a site with the letter. It is informational for all other staff.
