(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #16-96-OPE)
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center, Non-Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center, and Centralized Rescheduling Unit (CRU) staff that electronic versions of the Cash Assistance (CA) application form are available on the Access HRA (AHRA) web portal in Job Centers with PC Banks and designated Homebase and CBO office. An electronic version of the CA recertification form is also available on AHRA at PC Banks as well as on any computer with internet access.
This policy bulletin also discusses the routing of applicants and participants who submit their application/recertification form through AHRA as well as the CA application interview scheduling process. This policy bulletin is informational for all other staff.
