The purpose of this policy bulletin is to introduce Job Center staff and Homelessness Prevention Administration (HPA) staff to the new Mobile Outreach Teams (MOT), which replaced the Enhanced Shelter Mobile Diversion Teams (ESMDT) within HPA. This policy bulletin is informational for all others.
