This PB explains that there is a new generic job fair notice (W-500JJ) that will be sent to clients regardless of whether attendance is mandatory or voluntary. Supposedly the NYCWAY code used to generate the notice will add the correct language to the notice to show whether it is mandatory and what the consequences are for failure to report to the job fair.
