This PB replaces PB #04-33-ELI and: 1) reminds workers that applications for one shot deals must be clearly indicated on the application; and 2) sets out the rules for which clients must be referred to the Bureau of Eligibility Verification (BEV) and finger imaging. Emergency Assistance to Adults (EAA) applicants are exempt from referral to BEV and from finger imaging. Emergency Assistance to Families (EAF) and Emergency Safety Net Assistance (ESNA) applicants must be referred to BEV and be finger-imaged.
