The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Non Cash Assistance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) Center staff, Income Clearance Program (ICP) staff, and Mailer and MatchAction Program (MMAP) staff that the Periodic Report (LDSS-4310) became available online on ACCESS HRA on November 17, 2017. This policy bulletin is informational for all other staff.
