The purpose of this bulletin is to inform Job Center staff that the Notice of Intent to Change Public Assistance Grant and/or Food Stamp Benefits for Noncompliance with Employment Related Requirements (Timely and Adequate) (W-576Q) is obsolete and has been replaced by the automated Client Notice System (CNS) notice.
Note: In the rare instance that a CNS notice cannot be generated, the New York State Notice of Intent to Change Public Assistance Grant and/or Food Stamp Benefits for Noncompliance with Employment Related Requirements (Timely and Adequate) and Notice of Effect on Medicaid Benefits (LDSS-4004) should be used.
