The purpose of this policy bulletin is to provide guidance to Job Center, Non-Cash Assistance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) Center and HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) staff on how to process applications to meet the needs of individuals and families who state they are evacuees of Hurricane Harvey, Irma or Maria.
