(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #04-13-OPE)
This directive outlines a new process for fraud referrals. Workers will no longer make these referrals directly to BFI. Instead, there will now be supervisory and Administrative Assistant (AA) to the Director review before a fraud referral is sent to BFI.
