The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all staff at the Family Independence Administration (FIA) Job Centers, the Child Care Review Team (CCRT) and Career Services, as well as Customized Assistance Services (CAS) staff involved with child care, of several things, including that Legally-Exempt (informal) child care providers must complete required training and submit the Legally-Exempt Child Care Training Record Form (OCFS-LDSS-4699.3)
