The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Cash Assistance (CA) and Non-Cash Assistance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) staff that a letter was sent to a small number of households that received SNAP benefits from 2014 to 2017 and were identified as having SNAP benefits fraudulently removed from their Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) account by a Human Resources Administration (HRA) employee.
