The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Non Cash Assistance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) staff of the new brochure, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) On Demand Telephone Recertification (BRC-901e). This bulletin also informs the same staff that the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Telephone Recertification (BRC-901D) brochure has been obsoleted.
