The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center staff as well as Out Stationed Worker (OSW) staff that effective April 3, 2017, HRA will replace the Back to Work (B2W) program with three new career services programs, YouthPathways, CareerCompass, and CareerAdvance.
