The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff at Job Centers as well as other Family Independence Administration (FIA) staff that are involved with the Grant Diversion Program (GDP) that the Notice of Job Interview form (W-116G), the Employment Appointment Notice (W-116H), and one of the snippets for the Participant Statement of Understanding (EXP-76G) have been revised.
