(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #13-30-ELI)
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff of significant changes made to the Permanently Residing Under the Color of Law (PRUCOL) Eligibility Desk Aid (W-205JJ). Some changes have been made to the formatting of the W-205JJ to make it easier to use the Desk Aid, while other changes include new immigration statuses that did not previously appear on the W-205JJ.
