The purpose of this memo is to inform all Job Centers that on October 17, 2016, a new HRA pilot launched at the Center for Family Life (CFL). This pilot consists of HRA staff working at CFL to assist new applicants for Cash Assistance (CA) with applying online using Access NYC and to provide some assistance to recipients of CA with utilizing other features of Access NYC, such as My Cases and submitting an online CA recertification form. HRA staff at CFL also assists CA recipients with document submission and facilitating requests for emergency assistance with responsible Job Centers.
