The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center, Non-Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center, and Centralized Rescheduling Unit (CRU) staff that electronic versions of the Cash Assistance (CA) application and recertification forms are now available on the ACCESS NYC (ANYC) website, including limited availability in some instances; the resulting changes to routing applicants and participants within the Job Centers; and changes to interview scheduling. This policy bulletin is informational for all other staff.
