The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Family Independence Administration (FIA) staff about the new print option for certain New York City Work, Accountability, and You (NYCWAY) forms.
After the appropriate action code is posted, Job Center staff now have the option to choose the applicant’s/participant’s preferred reading language from the list of the seven available languages for several forms.
