This policy bulletin has been revised to instruct Rental Assistance Unit (RAU) staff to approve requests for rent in advance, for Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) Section 8 recipients, equivalent to one month rent when the rent is in excess of the Cash Assistance (CA) maximum shelter allowance.
