This policy bulletin is being revised to:
-Announce the expansion of the Self-Service Check-In initiative to the East River Job Center (#37), Queens Job Center (#53), Queens SNAP Center (S53), and Queens Family Services Call Center (FSCC) Satellite (#17);
-Inform staff about changes made to existing Self-Service CheckIn station (kiosk) screens;
-Introduce new kiosk screens; and
-Replace references to the "I Speak" Card for Limited English Proficient Applicant/Participant (MLF) (FIA-1043) form with the You Have a Right to Free Interpretation Services (HRA-125) form.
