The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff of the increase in the New York State minimum wage to $7.15 per hour effective January 1, 2007. As a result of this increase, the required number of Work Experience Program (WEP) hours may decrease for some participants. This policy bulletin serves as information for all other staff.
