The purpose of this policy bulletin is to introduce five new forms to be used in the Human Resources Administration (HRA)/Family Independence Administration (FIA) On Demand Telephone Interview Initiative. Phase One implementation of the initiative began January 4, 2016 at one Non-Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center - Richmond SNAP Center (S99) in Staten Island.
