This policy bulletin serves to introduce Human Resources Administration (HRA) staff to the new City funded Family Eviction Prevention Supplement (CITYFEPS). CITYFEPS is a rent supplement program designed to help eligible families with children residing in Department of Homeless Services (DHS) or HRA shelters, and survivors of domestic violence at risk of entering shelter through the Prevention Assistance and Temporary Housing (PATH) Intake Center, secure permanent housing.
