The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff that the Guide to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Budgeting (W-204G) has been revised.
The W-204G has been revised to reflect the Cost-of-Living Adjustments (COLA) to the gross and net income limits, standard deductions, excess shelter deduction, standard utility allowance (SUA) level amounts, and the changes to the New York State Nutrition Improvement Project (NYSNIP) standard benefit amounts. The changes are effective October 1, 2015.
