The purpose of this policy bulletin is to introduce Job Center staff, Back 2 Work (B2W) representatives, and Homelessness Prevention Administration (HPA) staff to the new Enhanced Shelter Mobile Diversion Teams (ESMDT), a new unit within HPA. This policy bulletin is informational for all others.
