(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #05-141-SYS)
This policy bulletin is being revised to advise Job Center staff to use Closing Code WX1 (Failure to Comply with Employment Requ~rements- 90-Day Sanction) instead of WE1 (Failure to Comply with Employment Requirements [First Occurrence]), effective December 21, 2005, when closing a case where the household size is equal to one for failing to comply with Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS). In addition, staff must enter a Client Notice System (CNS) notice number in element 280 of the Turn-Around Document (TAD) when closing/sanctioning a case with codes N17 or W40.
