This policy bulletin is being revised to introduce Priority Codes for use by the Rental Assistance Unit and make other changes to coding. It also provides instructions for CRPU staff on how to re-establish a Cash Assistance (CA) application as well as to close a one-shot deal and provides instructions for CRPU staff related to applications for emergency rental assistance (one-shot deal) taken at Housing Courts or HomeBase Programs.
