(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #14-28-ELI)
This policy directive is being revised to inform staff that:
-- the Department of Youth and Community Development's (DYCD) Office of Immigrant Initiatives will no longer be assisting individuals who have issues with documentation related to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status. Staff must now refer these individuals to 311 or the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs.
-- there has been a change to the physical appearance of certain Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Records.
