The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff about the IVRS, which provides certain NCA SNAP households with the opportunity to recertify for SNAP benefits by use of an automated telephone response system.
